Refund Policy Great Bargain Trading Store

At Great Bargain Trading Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase intact.

If you wish to return an item, simply contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Some items, like opened beauty or personal care products, and earrings, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items or final clearance purchases are also not refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect when received.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re always here to help.
